Menehune Enterprises offers competitive weekly rates for the summer season. Rates vary depending on the week and the unit. All summer rentals are only on a weekly basis from Saturday-to-Saturday.

Rates are between $4,200 and $5,400 per week. A refundable $500 security deposit will be added to all contracts to cover phone charges, damages, etc. There also is a cleaning fee of $110.

Weekly rentals are available only during the summer months of June, July, and August. For information on 9-month rentals from September through May, please contact Gary Hyvonen at 619-208-1800 for availability and details.

9-month Rentals
Our 9-month rentals for the 2020-21 school year are already booked. Please check back in February if you are interested in leasing for 2021-22. Thank you.

Additional Information

A $500 deposit is required at the time of booking; reservations are confirmed upon receipt of the deposit. The remaining balance must be paid with 30 days of check-in time or reservation will be canceled and your deposit will be forfeited. If you need to cancel your reservation, you must notify us within 45-days of the check-in date. All monies paid, minus a $150 service fee, will be returned to you. Check-in time is 1:00 p.m., check-out no later than 9:30 a.m.
